Andrew Hartley joined ICM in 2023 as Director of ICM Capital Partners. For over twenty years, Andrew held a number of leadership roles within Investment Bank, CLSA, and he had fund directorship responsibilities within the group private equity business, CLSA Capital Partners, that managed $5b in assets. Andrew originated both public and private mandates, in the TMT and REIT sectors, raising over $1.5b in capital. For over ten years, he was a member of the SGX Securities Advisory Committee.
